What This Program Is About

Knowing the name of the condition isn't enough

PMOS is a complex condition that can involve reproductive, hormonal, metabolic, lifestyle, and emotional factors. Good nutrition support requires more than knowing the name of the condition.

This program takes participants through a practical learning journey: understand the condition, assess the client, interpret relevant information, plan nutrition support, communicate with the client, and build a structured follow up plan.
